Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to turn business questions into actionable insights 
  • Pull, clean, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting is accurate and trustworthy 
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that help teams track performance and make decisions 
  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics tools to deliver scalable reporting and data solutions 
  • Automate recurring data pulls, reporting processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort 
  • Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline analysis, and uncover new opportunities 
  • Support ad hoc requests and investigate business issues to identify root causes and recommend improvements 
  • Think creatively and challenge conventional approaches to solve complex business problems 
  • Continuously look for opportunities to do more with less by improving processes, increasing automation, and maximizing the value of available resources 
  • Help drive a data-driven culture by translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) 
  • 2+ years of experience working with data in a business environment 
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and report writing 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI 
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, reporting efficiency, and business outcomes 
  • Ability to transform complex, real-world data into meaningful insights and recommendations 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box 
  • Personable communicator who can explain the "so what" to a non-technical audience and build trust across teams
