Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Data Analytics, Reporting & AI Automation Analyst to support Procurement Strategic Initiatives & Transformation. This role will transform Procurement's Asana data and initiative pipeline into dynamic, decision-ready reporting while driving practical AI automation and enablement across the Procurement organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong dashboard development and data analytics skills with SharePoint expertise, generative AI experience, and the ability to train and influence non-technical stakeholders.
  • Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
  • Contract Duration: 6+ Months
  • Rate Range: $45-55/hr on W2
  • Only W2 Candidates, NO C2C

Responsibilities:
Pipeline Management & Dashboards
  • Design, build, and launch dynamic dashboards providing leadership visibility into pipeline progress, Tower health, required interventions, and upcoming priorities.
  • Develop daily data refresh capabilities so dashboards reflect the latest Asana data with minimal manual intervention.
  • Analyze and transform Asana data into clean, accurate, and actionable reporting.
  • Socialize dashboards across Procurement stakeholders and gather feedback to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Procurement SharePoint Landing Page
  • Scope, design, build, and launch a centralized SharePoint landing page serving as the single source for Procurement content, reference materials, and resources.
  • Organize and maintain Procurement resources to ensure information is current, accessible, and easy to navigate.
  • Drive adoption of the SharePoint landing page across Procurement teams.

AI Enablement & Automation
  • Identify and develop high-value generative AI use cases across Procurement, including sourcing documents, proposal evaluation, vendor communications, negotiation preparation, and savings analysis.
  • Develop practical AI training materials, reusable prompts, templates, and workflows for Procurement teams.
  • Host AI training sessions and recurring office hours to improve organization-wide AI fluency.
  • Identify and help implement automation opportunities within Asana, including data validation, workflow automation, and approval processes.
  • Partner with the Asana Expert team and other stakeholders to implement practical automation solutions.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI/dashboard development, reporting automation, or a related field.
  • Strong experience developing dashboards using modern BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing and presenting complex business data.
  • Hands-on experience working with Asana or similar project/initiative management platforms as a data source.
  • Practical experience applying Generative AI to real-world business workflows.
  • Experience creating AI training materials and delivering training to non-technical users.
  • Experience designing and building SharePoint sites is preferred.
  • Strong ability to transform unstructured or inconsistent data into accurate, trustworthy reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical insights to executive and non-technical audiences.
