As a Manager, you will lead the implementation and deployment of NetSuite solutions:

  • Lead and manage an engagement team, identifying business requirements, managing functional design, prototyping, designing processes, performing cutover, and defining support procedures

Required:

  • 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Record to Report: General Ledger, Consolidations, Multibook accounting, CTA Analysis, FX variances, and/or Financial Reporting
    • Procure to Pay: Accounts Payable
    • Order to Cash: Accounts Receivable
  • Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / Multi-Book Consultant / ARM/Revenue Management)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations, customizations, and ERP data migration/cutover
  • Previous "Big 4" or large consulting firm experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders across global locations
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
