Position: Order Puller

Job Summary
As an Order Puller, you will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your attention to detail and safety awareness will help maintain efficient workflows and uphold our commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in unloading trucks and inspecting incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality.
  • Sort and organize materials, placing items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
  • Accurately pick and fill customer orders based on specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment by packing and labeling appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping work stations and warehouse areas tidy; sweep, dust, and mop as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as Reach trucks, Forklifts, and Order Pickers safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and PPE requirements are consistently followed.
  • Organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency and accessibility.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
  • Prior experience operating forklifts, Reach trucks, or Order Pickers is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Commitment to safety rules and procedures.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Experience with carbon flanges and fittings is a plus.
Physical Requirements
