Job description

Acute Care TechnologyThe Oracle Supply Chain SME is a key member of the IT Business Applications team, responsible for the design and support of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules. Oracle Fusion SCM SME is responsible for the end-to-end support, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. This role serves as a key liaison between Supply Chain Operations, Sales Operations, and Development teams, ensuring that SCM solutions are stable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with overall business objectives. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Oracle Support to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve production issues. A strong understanding of cross-functional processes and dependencies across Oracle modules is essential for success in this role. While the primary focus is on Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), the role also emphasizes CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations) to support continuous improvement and system optimization.
Essential Functions:
Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion SCM applications, including Order Management and Shipping, Procurement and Receiving, Inventory Management, Global Trade Management, Manufacturing, and Quality. Ensure system configurations effectively support both current operations and future business requirements.
Provide production support, including thorough root cause analysis and implementation of sustainable solutions.
Translate business requirements into system design specifications, configurations, and integration needs.
Assess and evaluate impacts across upstream and downstream systems when changes are proposed.
Collaborate with development teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and overall technical solution design, testing, and deployment.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all SCM modules.
Assess quarterly Oracle releases, enable relevant new features, and coordinate regression testing activities.
Participate in and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing cycles.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and promote lean supply chain practices.
Skills Required:
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules
In-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience with CEMLI (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations)
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Experience in system testing, release management, and production support
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
10+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
Experience working in a regulated medical devices manufacturing environment preferred
Proven experience in large-scale global Oracle SCM projects. Minimum 5 full-cycle implementations.
Experience in Agile and /or ITIL environments required
Oracle Cloud SCM Certification(s)

The annual salary for this position is:

$140,000.00 to $160,000.00
