company's EPM roadmap.**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES****ERP Financials โ€“ Core Modules:*** Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Intercompany, and Expenses.* Define and maintain the enterprise chart of accounts, ledger structures, legal entities, business units, and reporting hierarchies.* Configure subledger accounting (SLA) rules, journal approval workflows, payment processing, and bank reconciliation processes.* Lead period-close optimization efforts, including automation of recurring journals, allocations, revaluations, and eliminations.* Ensure seamless integration between ERP Financials and upstream/downstream systems (Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, Payroll, and third-party platforms).* Develop and maintain financial dashboards, OTBI/BIP reports, and Smart View extracts to support executive and operational reporting needs.* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, collaborating with end users and IT teams to ensure minimal disruption.**Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) โ€“ Highly Desirable*** Architect and configure Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/ePBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).* Design planning models, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts to support budgeting, forecasting, and what-if analysis.* Configure FCCS consolidation rules, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and ownership management.* Implement ARCS reconciliation formats, matching rules, and variance thresholds to streamline the monthly close process.* Integrate EPM with ERP Financials via data management (FDMEE/Data Integration) to ensure a seamless flow between actuals and planning data.**Integrations and Technical Collaboration:*** Support integration activities using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs for third-party systems such as construction management, payroll, and banking platforms.* Collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange between systems.* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues promptly.**Team Development and Support:*** Mentor junior Team Members by providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth in Oracle Fusion and EPM technologies.* Provide technical guidance and support to implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle and deliver production support as business needs require.* Lead knowledge transfer activities and team development initiatives to build organizational capability and on best practices and long-term maintainability.* Create functional documentation including configuration workbooks, process flow diagrams, test scripts, and functional and technical design documents.* Ensure alignment across ERP Financials, EPM, PPM, SCM and Procurement modules to deliver a unified enterprise data model.* Evaluate quarterly Oracle Cloud release updates, assess functional impact, and recommend adoption of new features.* Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders for workflow implementation planning, pilots, cutover planning, and go-live support.**EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE*** Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required.* 10+ hands-on Oracle ERP Financials implementation, architecture, and support experience is required, (Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred).* 3-5 full project life-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management) are required.* Deep expertise in subledger accounting, multi-ledger/multi-currency configurations, and intercompany processing is preferred.* Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning, Close, and Reconciliation is highly preferred.* Experience creating reports and Dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher is highly preferred.* Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and integration best practices is highly preferred.* Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial close processes, and internal controls is required.* Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support in Oracle Fusion environments is required.* Excellent analytical, documentation, presentation, and communication skills are required.*
