Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Oracle Cloud Integration Lead to join our premier client in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategic implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a focus on Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules. As a key technical leader, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, architecting integrated solutions that drive organizational success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead strategic initiatives for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules implementation, focusing on Financial, Procurement, and Project solutions that drive business transformation
  • Partner with key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant Oracle Fusion solutions that optimize operational efficiency
  • Design and implement robust financial system configurations leveraging Oracle Fusion best practices to enhance process automation
  • Drive continuous improvement through hands-on configuration, testing, and innovative problem-solving of Oracle Fusion modules
  • Architect specialized solutions for construction industry requirements, with expertise in job costing, project billing, and project management workflows
  • Spearhead the development of seamless integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party platforms using cutting-edge tools like OIC, REST APIs, and modern middleware solutions
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations and comprehensive reporting solutions
  • Create impactful business insights through advanced reporting capabilities using OTBI, BI Publisher and other analytics platforms
  • Orchestrate and optimize integration ecosystems between Oracle Fusion and construction-specific software, payroll systems, and banking platforms
  • Champion data governance initiatives to ensure highest standards of data quality and system performance
  • Drive architectural excellence in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, providing strategic oversight for transformational initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining and executing project roadmaps that deliver measurable business value
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with technology partners and vendors to maximize system capabilities
  • Enable organizational success through comprehensive documentation, architectural leadership, and engaging training programs
  • Contribute to additional strategic initiatives as needed to support business growth

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance systems support, with a strong background in ERP and accounting systems
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules
  • Technical aptitude with proven ability to support complex finance systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and modern middleware solutions
  • Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud security configurations
  • Experience implementing cloud-based ERP solutions in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with data models and integration architectures

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Application Express (APEX)
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and SOC compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and PL/SQL for custom solutions
