Diodes is on a digital transformation journey (Diodes 2.0) to drive enhancements and value driven investments across the enterprise to take us to the next stage of enhanced experiences to our customers.

To support this strategic roadmap for supply chain, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle ERP - Supply Chain Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle ERP solutions for our stakeholders, with a focus on supply and demand management. You will work closely with the Diodes Planning community to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers and consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers and consultants in the areas of Supply and demand planning.
  • A strong mindset towards end-to-end solutioning and detailed oriented executed approach.
  • Drive innovative, scalable supply chain solutions aligned with strategic roadmaps.
  • Work in a highly collaborative team environment with an ever-evolving mixture of active teamwork and strategic roadmap deliverables.
  • Leverage knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Management and other Supply Chain Oracle ERP modules to solve business problems impacting bottom line.
  • Be a business thought partner and drive a culture of collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Mentor the team on developing solutions geared towards performance, scalability and long-term strategic goals.
  • Be on the lookout for systematic enhancement and gains with a business value driven as well as a cost-effective mindset.
  • Work very closely with the Data Analytics team as a context partner in IT.
  • Leverage data as a tool to drive decisions.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in Oracle Manufacturing R12 implementation.
  • 7-10 years technical experience in ASCP & Demantra.
  • In-depth know how of internal ASCP, Demantra tables and table structures and how information gets stored
  • Experience in developing roadmaps with a deep understanding of Oracle Supply Chain applications and modules.
  • Strong background in solution architecture, design patterns, building high performing and scalable solutions.
  • Strong functional understanding of key supply chain concepts.
  • Semiconductor supply chain experience preferred
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and migration strategies preferred.
  • Familiarity with integration of tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Exposure to Agile development methodology
  • Experience in working with teams across geographical boundaries.
  • Model N knowledge a plus.
  • Expertise in SQL / PLSQL , Oracle Custom Reports, Unix, Linux
  • Expertise in Java stack a plus.
  • Experienced with Demantra data model, server expression, and client expression, and series configuration, workflow, designing and developing methods
  • Familiar with ASCP/APCC planning configurations and impact to output plan
  • Familiarity with custom hook development preferred.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, team environment
  • Team player with a willingness to learn new things
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are highly desired
  • Strong data management skills, including data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.
  • Background in data warehousing a plus.
