Job description

Overview
REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 16 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.
Responsibilities
Our new Oracle Manufacturing Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud SCM and EBS R12 solutions with a focus on Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules (Process Manufacturing, Production Planning, Item and Inventory Management, Quality, and Receiving). This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SCM modules, and driving successful project delivery.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle SCM OPM modules (Process Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, Costing, Receiving and related components).
  • Conduct business process analysis and workshops to align Oracle solutions with user requirements.
  • Participate in full projects from concept to launch, with some project leadership responsibilities.
  • Oversee OPM modules data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning.
  • Configure OPM functionalities including items, recipes, resources, worker orders, Inspection plans and process execution.
  • Manage integrations or extensions with Procurement, Quality, Inventory Management, and external systems.

Qualifications
Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain Lead
  • BS or MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience as a large-scale SCM implementor of Oracle ERP or Cloud as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert with increasing levels of responsibility - Oracle applications strongly desired.
  • At least 4+ years of in-depth experience with Oracle Cloud Saas Process Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Costing, and Quality.
  • A detailed understanding of the configuration and architecture of large-scale Oracle ERP Discrete or Process Manufacturing, including workflow
  • Oracle Cloud SCM OPM certification preferred
  • Experience working and integrating with a Maintenance Management system, knowledge of MVP or Oracle maintenance management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle production planning module is a plus.
  • Functional experience with Core Oracle Cloud Saas modules i.e. Item, Inventory, Manufacturing, Workorders, Quality and Receiving Inspection plans, Alerts, Workflow, and System Administrator modules - Oracle Production Planning is a plus
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Strong Oracle PL/SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills mandatory with demonstrated ability to influence and resolve conflicts
  • Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with the other following applications is preferred: Oracle R12 modules, MS Project, SharePoint, SQL, OTBI Reports, VBCS extensions, and Saas FBDI.
