What is an Oracle Manager?

An Oracle Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the administration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle database systems within an organization. They manage teams of database administrators, coordinate upgrades and migrations, and ensure the security and reliability of data stored in Oracle environments. Oracle Managers also work closely with IT leadership to align database strategies with business goals, and they may be involved in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and policy development.
