Title: 

Senior Oracle IAM

Location: St Paul, MN
Duration: 2 years

Description:
  • Actively participate in requirement gathering,solution designing and architecture;
  • Design Oracle IAM solution and provide architecture design document for Dev, Test and Prod environments;
  • Configure Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).
  • Create custom password policy and BCA custom objects/attributes as per the requirements;
  • Configure Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM);
  • Integrate existing BCA application with OAM using Webgate to enable SSO. Create policies for Authentication and Authorization;
  • Customize the OAM Login page and develop custom login module as per BCA requirements;
  • Implement multi factor authentication using Oracle Access Manager and Oracle Adaptive Access Manager;
  • Implementing federated solutions using OAM;
  • Configure Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) to BCA requirements;
  • Customize user interface for users with Admin capability;
  • Customize the user provisioning, update, enable and disable task to meet BCA requirements;
  • Configure roles, admin roles and policies with in OIM;
  • Enable self service capability - Forgot Password, Forgot Username;
  • Develop custom user interface for BCA Service Desk;
  • Develop approval workflows, and custom event handlers, custom scheduled tasks;
  • Integrate with various BCA applications using connectors (LDAP, database table) and configure resource reconciliation;
  • Provide migration strategy from Sun IAM to Oracle IAM;
  • Load existing users into Oracle IDM system before the cut off;
  • Provide technical design documentation and create run book for service desk operations;
  • Cross-train BCA staff on the Oracle IAM suite custom work; Knowledge Transfer.

Required
  • Six years of IT experience in software and infrastructure.
  • Combined five years of experience in Sun Identity/OpenSSO and Oracle IAM design/implementation/configuration/administration.
  • Four years of combined experience in Sun and Oracle Directory Server design/implementation/configuration/administration.
  • Four years of experience as an architect building IAM platforms with OAM/OpenSSO.

  • Experience working on cross-functional project teams of 4 to 6 members.
  • Experience working with criminal justice systems.
  • Experience with iterative development methodology.
  • Experience with ITIL best practices.
