Job Description
  • The primary focus of the IT Analyst/PM is to provide functional and technical leadership in the evaluation, analysis, design, support and coordination of enterprise-wide Oracle HRMS software.
    • This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS, around Workforce Management, Compensation & Benefits. Primary Modules involved are Core HRMS, Employee/Manager Self Service, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll and Benefits Interfaces, Workflow, Approvals Management.
    • Will serve as an IT point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and act as a Liaison between Business and Offshore Development/Support teams.
    • Ability to elicit/understand/evaluate business requirements and write clear functional specifications and solution design documents.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the above application modules.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data.
  • Multi-Task between different environments in fast paced environment, multi time zones.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
