Oracle EBS Developer (MRO)
Dayton, OH 45433
JTEC Consulting LLC focuses on successfully delivering solutions to meet our clients’ most critical needs. Our founding members have decades of experience delivering a wide range of solutions to Air Force and DOD clients. We are a Veteran-Owned Small Business.
JTEC has ongoing hiring needs for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developers. Qualified candidates will have hands-on development experience supporting federal financials working with Oracle EBS HRMS, Payroll, Maintenance, and Supply modules. Prior experience supporting Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems is preferred.
This opportunity is contingent upon future contract funding with an anticipated work start in late 1Q26/early 2Q26.
Security Clearance: Current Secret
Location Note: This position will work remotely from a US-based location
Travel: Occasional

Role and responsibilities include:
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to build and deliver software products for MRO systems.
  • Provide SME level experience to support solutions development.
  • Develop software products, extensions, and customizations that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.
  • Identify and resolve software issues.
  • Plan and execute the delivery process.
  • Provide analysis and quality assurance including testing.
  • Support system documentation and reporting.
  • Other duties, as assigned
  • Support business travel, as required
Requirements include:
  • U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship
  • Current security clearance (secret level at a minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred; equivalent years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 15+ years of related experience supporting Oracle EBS development including:
    • Design and build in Oracle EBS financial and supply chain modules
    • DoD Financial Management modules
    • Oracle EBS Forms Development
    • Experience with Oracle reporting
    • Expertise developing extensions and customizations with Oracle EBS modules
  • Experience working in a blended government and contractor environment and interacting with stakeholders
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical team members
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Availability to support business travel
Preferred experience:
  • Hands-on Oracle EBS development experience with MRO systems
