Job Description: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Position

Summary

*We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development and Redwood UX migration.

*The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions while leveraging Oracle''''''''s latest AI capabilities to improve HR processes and employee experiences.

*The candidate should be capable of working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.

* Lead Redwood UX migration initiatives, including converting existing pages, transactions, and user experiences to Oracle Redwood.

* Analyse existing customizations and recommend standard Redwood-based alternatives wherever possible.

* Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI analyses, SQL, and XML Publisher reports.

* Support Oracle quarterly updates by performing impact analysis, regression testing, and technical remediation.

* Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide optimal technical solutions.

* Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

* Follow Oracle Cloud implementation standards, security best practices, and documentation standards.

* Mentor junior consultants and participate in solution design reviews and technical governance activities. Required Technical Skills

* Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical development.

* Experience implementing Oracle Redwood UX migration across multiple HCM modules.

* REST APIs and SOAP Web Services. * HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).

* HCM Extracts. * BI Publisher. * OTBI. * Fast Formula.

* SQL and PL/SQL. * Oracle Security concepts including Data Roles, Job Roles, and Duty Roles.

Required Experience

* 8 15+ years of overall Oracle HCM technical experience.

* Minimum 4 5 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical implementation experience.

* Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

* Hands-on experience building and deploying Oracle HCM AI Agents.

* Experience leading Redwood migration projects for Oracle Fusion HCM.

* Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud integrations.

* Experience supporting global HCM implementations is preferred. Functional Knowledge Working knowledge of one or more of the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
