Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant - 100% Onsite | Houston, TX | 1+ Year Contract

High Sierra Talent is hiring Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultants for a 100% onsite role in Houston, TX. This is a long-term, high-impact contract (1+ year) where you'll act as a Subject Matter Expert across one of four modules: Core HR, Time & Labor, Learning Management, or Accounts Payable. If you're a hands-on functional consultant with deep Oracle Fusion expertise and the ability to drive configurations end-to-end, this is an opportunity to join a major enterprise implementation and own critical business processes.

Opportunity Overview

  • 1+ year, onsite contract in Houston, TX
  • 4 open positions with focus areas in Core HR, Time & Labor, Learning Management, and Accounts Payable
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to optimize Oracle Cloud Fusion
  • Gain visibility in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Open to candidates with diverse visa statuses

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional SME for one of the following Oracle Cloud Fusion modules: Core HR, Time & Labor, Learning Management, or Accounts Payable
  • Own end-to-end configuration activities for assigned module(s)
  • Partner with finance, HR, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective setups
  • Optimize module performance for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of enhancements
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and configuration records

Minimum Requirements

  • Hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Learning Management, Accounts Payable)
  • Proven track record leading complex module configurations from design to deployment
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Knowledge of best practices in HR, Finance, or Learning Management systems
  • Exposure to integrations with other enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, etc.)
