Job description

Job Summary
- Lead post-production support for Oracle Financials Cloud, focusing on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Oversee Level 2/Level 3 (L2/L3) support activities, ensuring timely resolution of complex accounting and close issues.
- Serve as the main escalation point for critical R2R production and close/reporting challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional incident management and drive process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Develop, update, and maintain R2R support documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and root cause analyses (RCA).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear documentation and support issue resolution.
- Implement structured governance and reporting cadence for R2R support operations.
- Validate and reconcile close reporting using OTBI/BI Publisher (preferred).
- Leverage ITIL-based processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira (preferred).
- Aim to stabilize R2R support and reduce recurring issues within the first 90 days by driving root cause analysis and operational improvements.
