We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Specialist to join our team full-time. This role combines strong functional knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes with hands-on technical expertise to design, configure, and support scalable CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, sales operations, and IT teams to optimize quoting processes and improve overall sales efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions within Oracle CPQ to support complex sales and quoting processes.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from sales, finance, and operations teams and translate them into CPQ configurations and technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain BML (BigMachines Language) scripts, custom rules, pricing logic, and product configuration models.
  • Configure product catalogs, pricing structures, discounting rules, and approval workflows.
  • Integrate Oracle CPQ with enterprise system and/or CRM system when needed
  • Build and maintain document generation templates, quote formats, and automated workflows.
  • Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot CPQ issues and provide ongoing system support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CPQ best practices and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

What We Need:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Oracle CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ product configuration, pricing rules, and quote lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with BML scripting, advanced configuration, and CPQ data tables.
  • Experience integrating CPQ with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Oracle Order Management Cloud.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and oracle infrastructure middleware platforms.
  • Experience with document engine customization and advanced pricing strategies.
  • Prior experience supporting sales teams or complex product configurations.
  • Oracle CPQ certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud with an understanding of system functionality is a plus
