Role overview

Hiring an experienced Oracle CPQ Lead to own end-to-end CPQ implementations, solution design, and production support for US-based clients. This role is hands-on with responsibility for leading onshore and offshore teams and driving best practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations, including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Work with sales users and stakeholders to gather requirements and document HLD/design for CPQ solutions.
  • Configure CPQ (Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine) and build BML/BMQL logic for complex use cases.
  • Integrate CPQ with CRM/ERP/Order Management (OSC, Salesforce, MS D365, EBS, JDE, and other third‑party systems) using SOAP/REST web services.
  • Ensure quality deliverables, lead reviews, and mentor/train the CPQ team.

Required qualifications

  • 8+ years overall experience with strong Oracle CPQ Cloud expertise.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations in a lead role.
  • Strong skills in BML, BMQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and XSL.
  • Proven experience with CPQ best practices, documentation (HLDs), and problem-solving in complex sales processes.

Preferred

  • Oracle CPQ Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification.
  • Experience leading and training high-energy CPQ/quote-to-cash teams
