About the Job You're Considering
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management, specifically across Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Management. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide SCM solutions that support complex global supply chain and manufacturing operations.
As a key member of the transformation team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, integrated, and business-driven solutions that optimize inventory management, manufacturing execution, and product costing processes across the organization. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical leaders to define requirements, shape future-state processes, and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain execution modules with strong solution architecture and leadership capabilities. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Management processes, ensuring seamless integration across supply chain, procurement, planning, and financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide supply chain transformation initiatives while driving innovation, process optimization, and adoption of Oracle Fusion best practices in complex, multi-organization environments.
Your Role
  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions with a focus on Inventory, Manufacturing, and Costing modules.
  • Serve as the functional expert for Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and deliver solutions that address business needs.
  • Act as the key point of contact for SCM-related queries and guidance across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Fusion Supply Chain Modules aligned with business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Inventory, Manufacturing and costing business process associated with setting up items, work definitions, routing and item costs and other cost elements.
  • Oversee the design and configuration of inventory modules, including item creation, inventory transactions, and warehouse management.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, lot and serial number traceability, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Define and manage manufacturing workflows, including work orders, routings, resource management, and work definitions.
  • Support discrete and mixed mode manufacturing processes, ensuring integration with planning and procurement systems.
  • Implement Oracle Cost Management solutions, including cost roll-ups, cost allocations, and variance analysis.
  • Address complex costing scenarios such as subcontracting, outside processing, and multi-organization setups.
  • Ensure accurate financial integration with SCM processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Oracle SCM modules and other enterprise systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within SCM processes.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion advancements and incorporate best practices into solution design.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Manufacturing, and Costing.
  • Proven experience in global, multi-supply chain environments with complex SCM requirements.
  • Demonstrated techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cost Management, including a solid understanding of the data model and the ability to work with technical teams on data analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in large, global manufacturing environments with complex supply chain structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate cost structures and recommend process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementations, including configurations and customizations. Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to work in a distributed team including vendor resources
  • Strong analytical and thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 73,150- $ 193,440
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
