The main focus here is OTC and Channel Revenue Management (Rebates/Claims)


As an Oracle OTC Senior Functional Analyst you will be responsible leading certain aspects of the order to cash value stream within the EBS suite of applications. This entails providing full lifecycle functional aspects of deploying specific OTC module(s) of a given project. Some of the key responsibilities include:

planning/executing functional workshops

requirements definition

gap identification and disposition

functional specifications writing for gaps

module configuration

functional test plans

cutover and stabilization plans

identifying, communicating and managing scope creep

adherence to Capgemini industry acceleration techniques and leveraging of standard functionality where possible

planning to and achieving project milestone requirements


In addition to leveraging your OTC experience you will work with client representatives and other program teams in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely definition, development, and delivery of all respective module(s) you are assigned to delivery.


Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills:


Superb written, verbal listening communication skills

Significant consulting/client facing experience

Outstanding teamwork skills

Keen attention to detail

Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities

At least 5 years of overall Oracle OTC implementation experience in each of OTC Modules you are responsible for:

  •  Channel Revenue Management - Rebates

o Channel Revenue Management - Claims

Experience in any of the following modules would be a plus:

o Global Order Promising

o Configurator

o Shipping Execution

o Transportation Management

o Advanced Pricing

o iStore

o Accounts Receivable

o Advanced Collections

o Credit Management

Participation in each phase of at least 3 full Oracle EBS lifecycle implementations

Working in a module lead role on at least 1implementations

Experience with the OUM delivery methodology

Knowledge of SQL and experience crafting techno-functional design specs

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
