We are currently seeking a Supervisor/Manager, (title dependent on experience), who will be responsible for the leadership and management of one of our commercial rating operations' teams. The leader will manage performance, workload and quality program for the team. This position will be located at our Midwest Regional Office in Carmel, IN.
In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising the daily operations of a commercial rating team with oversight of new and renewal policies; processing policy changes, to include endorsements, cancellations, non-renewals, and reinstatements.
  • Managing workflow focused on efficient and effective use of technology capabilities.
  • Monitoring activities to meet production goals, ensures compliance, audit, performance and quality standards are achieved and maintained at the defined service level agreements.
  • Identifying, monitoring and communicating system issues to ensure timely and proper issue resolution.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with underwriting leaders to coordinate the delivery of all related services to customers.

The Supervisor salary range for this position is $62,419-$96,126 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
