Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Gift Card Manufacturing

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers and internal teams throughout the gift card production process. This role manages order entry, artwork/spec verification, communication of timelines, and coordination with production to ensure accurate and on‑time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries, provide product knowledge and guidance, communicate proofs/timelines, and resolve issues or billing questions.
  • Order Management: Enter and maintain orders, verify artwork and card specs, manage customer-supplied materials, and create purchase orders when needed.
  • Production Coordination: Prepare job tickets, relay requirements to manufacturing teams, monitor progress, and ensure delivery time.
  • Billing & Administration: Support invoicing, credits, and shipping documentation while maintaining accurate records.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with interdepartmental teams, contribute positively to team culture, support collective goals, and maintain a professional, collaborative work environment while taking accountability for individual responsibilities.
