Business Process Designer
Location: McLean, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly
Position Overview
At JMark, efficient processes are the backbone of mission success. We are seeking Business Process Designers across multiple discipline levels to coordinate stakeholder engagement, analyze business operations, and design process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to align operations with mission goals, and expertise in optimizing workflows across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Improvement
  • Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to daily operating procedures for greater efficiency.
  • Advise on and improve work methods, manpower utilization, work distribution, management controls, and documentation systems.
  • Develop process models and frameworks that optimize operations while aligning with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure information systems effectively support departmental operations.
  • Oversee cross-functional business functions involving multiple units and ensure coordination across teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Mission Architect to ensure alignment with TO goals and requirements.

Business Analysis & Strategic Support
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and contribute to strategic business planning.
  • Provide recommendations that integrate data-driven insights into operational decision-making.

Required

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD business operations.
