Job description

Are you an SEO specialist who lives and breathes search engines, algorithmic discovery, and programmatic scale?

Our client is one of the fastest-growing voice AI startups in the world. They are looking for an SEO Strategist with 5+ years of dedicated experience to own their organic growth end-to-end. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. As the first in-house subject matter expert, you will inherit an SEO engine previously managed by external consultants and scale it into a massive growth driver. You won't just optimize for Google; you'll design systems, build unshakeable content moats, and create compounding leverage across both traditional search and AI-native discovery channels (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).

What You Will Be Doing
  • Own the Organic Roadmap: Define how our client wins across search engines and next-generation AI discovery channels.
  • Execute the Full SEO Loop: Architect everything from technical SEO and site architecture to content pillars and large-scale programmatic SEO.
  • Build Content Engines: Design scalable, repeatable content systems that can seamlessly turn a single strategic concept into hundreds of high-quality pages.
  • Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Deeply embed AI tools into your workflows to generate, maintain, and continuously evolve content production.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to embed SEO mechanics into product surfaces, driving organic growth straight from the product itself.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of dedicated SEO experience where organic search and growth have been your primary, daily focus.
  • Deep Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of SEO infrastructure, programmatic frameworks, and core tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
  • AI-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to utilize AI content tools and advanced CMS platforms to accelerate workflows without sacrificing quality.
  • Startup Grit: An ambitious builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves tackling complex problems, and wants to have a visible impact on a company's revenue.
