Job Description
Chrisad is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist, to maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to chrisad client sites through a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, social media strategy, viral marketing, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, content strategy, information architecture, and more.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for chrisad.
  • Manages SEO/Social Media for all chrisad clients (email marketing, Google analytics, AdWords, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter and other social media) with assistance from Graphic Designers and Development team.
  • Collaborates with Copywriter to create high-quality content around important keywords and relevant terms.
  • Manages and improves organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Works as the secondary point of contact for intake process and fulfillment of digital marketing and web development projects.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience implementing successful SEO strategies for a large volume of clients.
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
  • A functional understanding of HTML, CSS and WordPress
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
  • Proven success in link building.
  • A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations.
  • A deep understanding of mobile strategy and how it relates to SEO.
  • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
  • Excellent planning, project management, analytical and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
