LifeWorx is a premier elder care and domestic staffing company seeking a Recruiting Associate to join our new Arlington, Virginia office, responsible for recruiting elder care candidates in the DMV region.

What are the responsibilities of a Recruiter?
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from posting job advertisements on various boards to executing proactive outreach and leveraging our network for referrals and new caregiver talent.
  • In-Depth Candidate Screening: Review qualifications and requirements with applicants while thoroughly checking references from past clients to ensure high standards of care.
  • In-Person Interviewing & Matching: Conduct thorough in-person interviews to gain deep insight into candidates' strengths, skill sets, and preferences, ensuring optimal, long-term placement matches.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Oversee background checks, verify certifications, and maintain accurate, up-to-date onboarding documentation.
  • Sales Collaboration & Coverage: Assist Sales Managers with targeted candidate searches to recommend the best fits for open roles, and step in with short-term coverage assistance as needed.
  • Financial & Payroll Administration: Review weekly invoicing logs for your assigned working caregivers to ensure precise client billing and timely payroll processing.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain lasting relationships with internal team members, Sales Managers, caregiver experts, and community partners to drive continued growth and engagement.
What are the requirements of a Recruiter?
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional office experience.
  • Communication & Organization: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong time-management habits.
  • Work Schedule & Location: Full-time, in-office (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM)
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for training programs.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience in staffing/recruiting or working in a commission-based role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Local market knowledge and/or familiarity with the medical/healthcare sector is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Total First-Year Earnings: $75,000 - $85,000 expected total compensation
  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000
  • Commission Structure: Direct percentage of revenue generated by candidates you place (no draw). Target earnings of $500 - $700/week, paid out monthly.
