Due to expansion needs our well established, 90 years and growing, physician owned practice, with provider owned ASC in Milwaukee is looking for a comprehensive ophthalmologist to join our team with proven partnership achievement. Eye Physician Associates, is a privately physician‑owned ophthalmology practice in prime Milwaukee suburban locations. We are seeking a highly motivated, full‑time BC/BE comprehensive ophthalmologist. This is an outstanding opportunity to build your career as part of an established, high‑volume practice which provides top‑level care for the surrounding community. You will be joining a practice that includes established cornea and glaucoma subspecialists, a comprehensive specialist. We are a privately owned practice, which enables us to make swift and effective decisions that prioritize the well‑being of our patients and employees.

The candidate must be able to provide quality patient care and have a high level of experience in patient management.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Long‑term physician team member for growth and contribution to a culture of collegiality, mentoring and excellence in patient care
  • Innovative, adaptable, respectful, with both team and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Manage patient volume of 40-50 patients per day (technician staff support, 3-4 technicians/scribes based on clinic volume)
  • Board eligible or board certified, US based residency required
