Job description

The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) supports the growth of Iantrek's surgical glaucoma portfolio by partnering closely with the Regional Sales Director and Surgical Glaucoma Managers to drive product adoption, utilization, and customer success across assigned accounts. This field-based, surgeon-facing role is focused on operating room case support, clinical education, account development, and disciplined sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operating room case support for AlloFlo Uveo.
  • Troubleshoot intraoperative challenges and reinforce product best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource to surgeons and clinical staff.
  • Deliver product in-services and staff training sessions.
  • Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge to support effective customer education and utilization.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Director and Surgical Glaucoma Managers on account maintenance and ongoing customer support.
  • Support account strategy and execution to deepen utilization within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to pipeline development and regional growth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in ophthalmic sales, medical devices (Glaucoma experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with surgeons on procedural and patient-care benefits.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory and occasionally nationwide.
