Job Summary

The Multimedia Graphic Designer creates visual and multimedia content that supports product marketing, sales, training, and corporate communications. This role develops graphics, videos, presentations, and digital content that clearly communicate product features, manufacturing capabilities, and company branding. The designer works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to produce accurate and engaging visual materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own visual and multimedia content across product marketing, sales enablement, training, and corporate communications. 
  • Translate complex technical and product information into clear, engaging visuals. 
  • Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital materials. 
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through final production.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of graphic design and multimedia production experience. 
  • A portfolio or demo reel submitted with your application, showing design, video, and motion graphics work. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). 
  • Experience with video production and editing. 
  • Experience with product and equipment photography. 
  • Strong understanding of print production and digital media. 
  • Experience creating marketing and technical communication materials. 
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear visual content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating trade show graphics and large-format displays. 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation design. 
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B technology environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot) and digital asset management systems (such as Bynder).

Physical/Work Environments 

  • Employee will work primarily in an office environment at our Moorestown, NJ office.
  • Occasional walking and/or driving between local OPEX facilities may be required.

Salary range - $62,000 - $85,000, based on experience
