DESCRIPTION:


This position reviews, processes, and completes data entry of various operational paperwork which includes, but is not limited to: requisitions, inventory reports, equipment issuance, and various reports. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Reviews and Screens requisitions for accuracy and completeness prior to entering the data into FMIS Computer System. Uses Monday.com boards to complete data entry and tracking of various items. Uses Operative IQ for equipment issuance and fixed asset accounting. 
  • Assist in updating MSP form 111's and other warehouse clerical work.
  • Provides exemplary customer service to the employees of the Maryland State Police and any visitor to the facility
  • Other administrative and warehouse related tasks as assigned by the Director, Deputy Director / Assistant Commander, Warehouse Supervisor, or Chief Armorer, which may include the following:
    • Fill requisition orders received from barracks, divisions, and installation to meet their request for supplies, equipment, and materials.  This includes comparing packing slips with purchase orders, utilizing space for storage, and reviewing requisitions for accuracy.
    • Performing the receiving of good in the warehouse
    • Conducting routine stock inventory
    • Assisting with the loading and unloading of supplies into and out of delivery vehicles.
    • Any other warehouse related duties as stipulated by the Warehouse Supervisor.
