Outdoor Life Leadership is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Administrative Support Volunteer (Virtual Volunteer) to help power our mission behind the scenes. We empower young men (ages 7-24) and their families through outdoor survival skills, leadership development, and economic mobility programs. Your support will help keep our daily operations, volunteer coordination, and communication running smoothly.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being organized, managing schedules, editing documents, and helping a mission-driven nonprofit grow. Work closely with our leadership team, volunteers, and community partners-all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate reminders using Google Calendar and Zoom.
  2. Draft, edit, and format internal documents like meeting agendas, reports, and templates in Google Docs.
  3. Help monitor shared email inboxes and send updates or replies as needed.
  4. Track and organize volunteer signups, training records, and donor acknowledgments.
  5. Keep digital files, contact lists, and admin workflows organized and up-to-date.
