Job description

Position Summary

Oversee, plan, or perform activities associated with maintaining safe and well-functioning Retail Banking Equipment. Responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, inventory and liquidation of the Bank's fleet of Retail Banking Equipment which includes drive-ups, TCRs, coin counters, currency counters and self-serve coin machines. Also responsible for the training and ongoing support to Retail Staff associated with this equipment.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Communicate and coordinate implementation and maintenance project schedules with various departments and provide status updates as needed for Retail Bank Equipment
  • Inspect projects in process and at completion to ensure that quality and safety standards are maintained.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training, support and guidance to Retail Staff on the use of Retail Bank Equipment. Develop resources as applicable.
  • Maintain documentation for inventoried assets, coordinate and document proper maintenance of Retail Bank Equipment, and assure equipment records are in an inspection ready state at all times.
  • Manage the tracking system for routine preventative maintenance and coordinate scheduling of preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting and acquisition of Retail Bank Equipment as well as inventory and needs assessments.
  • Work with assigned vendors to monitor and survey performance expectations.
  • Assist and/or coordinate with vendors, the Facilities team, or other Busey departments such as Business Systems and Support Services when repairs and service are necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement of equipment and associated processes.
  • Assist Facilities teams with projects as assigned in support of business needs.
Education & Experience

Knowledge of:

  • Basic accounting skills
  • Strong oral written communication skills
  • Understanding of electronic work order systems
  • Understanding of basic office equipment.
  • Understanding of the operation of Retail Banking Equipment
  • Understanding of Jack Henry software, including Silverlake, preferred

Ability to:

  • Prioritization and scheduling within department priorities and deadlines.
  • Travel between banking centers
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Life and carry an average of 25 pounds

Education and Training:

  • High School education or equivalent
  • 3-5 years Retail banking experience
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range:$63,000.00 - 87,000.00/year)
