Key Responsibilities

  • Own execution of the full order lifecycle from order receipt through fulfillment and startup, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal processes and customer requirements
  • Perform order validation, entry, and management within ERP systems; manage changes, cancellations, and exceptions with attention to downstream operational impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with production scheduling, logistics, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless order progression and timely delivery.
  • Participate in production and scheduling discussions to proactively identify risks and resolve potential delays or constraints.
  • Monitor and track orders, identifying risks to lead time, configuration accuracy, or customer commitments and escalating as appropriate.
  • Prepare and review submittal packages, technical documentation, and supporting materials to ensure completeness and alignment with customer specifications.
  • Support shipment coordination and vendor order tracking to ensure material availability and delivery timelines are met.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and order-related issues to maintain financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries related to order status, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain data integrity across ERP/CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and operational execution.
  • Support returns, warranty requests, and post-delivery issue resolution in alignment with company policies.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance order execution processes.
Minimal Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, sales support, or operations role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of order-processing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or distributor-based environments
  • Familiarity with technical documentation or product spec sheets.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent orders with varying complexity
  • Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
  • Basic technical aptitude and ability to interpret documentation
  • Ability to identify and escalate risks impacting order execution
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionallylift upto 25 pounds.
