Job description

Trust Support Manager

If you believe operational excellence is more than a buzzword and that "we've always done it this way" isn't a strategic plan, we'd like to meet you. Our client is seeking an experienced Trust Support Manager to lead a trust support team in Green Bay and strengthen day-to-day operational execution across the private wealth platform.

This is a strong opportunity to join a respected organization with a collaborative leadership team, a deep commitment to service, and the stability of an established private wealth business. The role offers the chance to make a visible impact, help shape how the function operates, and contribute to an environment where thoughtful leadership, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships truly matter.

This role is focused on managing trust support functions, overseeing team performance, and driving consistency within middle-office and operational processes. The manager will partner closely with leadership, support workflow improvement efforts, and contribute to a stable, service-oriented operating environment.

The position reports to a senior operations leader and is expected to provide direct leadership to a supervisor structure today, with the potential for a broader span of management over time. The ideal candidate brings strong trust operations or middle-office experience, proven people leadership skills, and a practical, hands-on approach to team development and process execution. If you appreciate strong controls, efficient processes, and the quiet satisfaction that comes from a perfectly reconciled account, you may have just found your people.
