Customers scan their feet from their smartphone, receive a personalized Custom Fit Report, and our production team uses advanced manufacturing techniques to create custom boot modifications-all without the customer ever stepping foot into a ski shop.

Built from the Powder House Ski Shop, Utah's original ski shop established in 1953, Boot Solutions combines decades of bootfitting expertise with innovative technology. About the Position

Boot Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and production coordination to ensure every customer receives timely, knowledgeable assistance throughout their Boot Solutions experience. You'll answer phone calls, respond to customer messages, coordinate production workflow, organize incoming orders, and help keep daily office operations running smoothly.

You'll work closely with multiple departments to ensure orders move efficiently from customer inquiry through production and fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include managing customer communication, tracking orders, scheduling workflow, maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with office administration, and providing general operational support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
