Who We Want
Assist team members in accurately opening and maintaining client accounts while providing timely, high-quality service to advisors and relationship managers. Execute daily requests while continuing to monitor ongoing project lists. Manage multiple tasks with professionalism and care to exceed expectations.
What To Expect
  • Account Processing & Maintenance: Serve as primary processor for new accounts and account maintenance. Coordinate with custodians and ensure accurate, timely completion.
  • Advisor Support & Coordination: Partner with relationship managers on case requirements and follow-up. Compile materials for annual client reviews. Attend team trainings and information-sharing meetings.
  • Compliance & Standards: Adhere to company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies. Support other duties as assigned.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.

What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred or commensurate career experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools such as Orion and Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
