As one of the fastest-growing insulation companies in the nation, we're looking for a talented and driven Sales Operations Manager (Future Sales-Only Focus) to join our team. You will initially manage both sales and operations, with the potential to transition into a full-time sales role as the company grows.

Your Role: 

You’ll start by handling both sales and operational duties with the aim of transitioning into a sales-only role over time as we grow. 

Initial Responsibilities (Sales & Operations): 

  • Lead generation and exceeding sales goals. 

  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients. 

  • Preparing quotes, pricing schedules, and submitting contracts. 

  • Building client relationships through networking events and outreach. 

  • Developing and executing an operations strategy aligned with company goals. 

  • Overseeing finances, scheduling, and quality assurance for projects. 

  • Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff. 

  • Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service standards. 

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to assess their needs and promote our products and services. 

  • Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programs. 

Future Responsibilities (Sales-Only Focus): 

  • Focus entirely on generating leads and securing new business. 

  • Continue building client relationships and growing our customer base. 

  • Attending and representing Spray Foam Genie at a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year. 

Requirements: 

  • Sales experience, coupled with a deep understanding of both sales processes and operations dynamics. 

  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Superb interpersonal skills, allowing you to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. 

  • Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test. 

  • Willingness and ability to work in tight spaces, including attics. 

Compensation Details (varies based on market): 

  • Base Salary
