About the Role

Our Client is seeking a Store General Manager for a bakery location in Sandy Springs, GA. Full-time position in the Operations department reporting to the Regional Director.



Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures across the bakery
  • Monitor store performance and ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs
  • Analyze sales, labor, and cost metrics; implement action plans to improve performance
  • Maintain brand standards in product quality, service, and store presentation
  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Train, coach, and support franchisee and staff on operational excellence and service standards
  • Conduct regular store evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Support inventory control, ordering processes, and cost management to minimize waste
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution aligned with brand values
  • Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, operations, R&D) to implement new initiatives
  • Execute corporate-driven promotions and local store marketing efforts
  • Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation within the community
  • Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend improvements to franchisee and corporate


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful bakery management history
  • Experience with bread (preferred)
  • Basic food safety understanding and practice
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Korean Language not required
