The Opportunity

This is a commission-only independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential. You control your own schedule, generate your own leads, and build your own book of business. Ideal for experienced sales professionals or driven individuals looking to maximize their income in the home improvement industry.


What You'll Do

  • Prospect, generate leads, and build your own pipeline of customers
  • Conduct in-home consultations, inspections, measurements, and photography
  • Negotiate and execute customer contracts for exterior remodeling projects
  • Document customer needs, special circumstances, and project specifications
  • Prepare and submit all project paperwork (contracts, material specs, work orders, diagrams, change orders, etc.)
  • For insurance projects: attend adjuster meetings, document damages, and complete supplement reviews
  • Collect customer deposits and final payments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through project completion, including follow-up and referral requests

Compensation

This is a commission-only position - your income is directly tied to your performance and hustle. Compensation is earned upon project completion and customer payment.


Base Commission

  • Competitive commission rate on gross contract value for all closed projects
  • 50% of earned commission paid upon receipt of customer deposit; 50% upon final payment and project verification

Monthly Volume Bonus

  • Eligible for discretionary performance bonuses based on monthly sales volume
  • Bonus tiers available for high-performing consultants - details provided during onboarding

Independent Contractor Status

This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) role. You are your own boss - you set your schedule, control your work methods, and are free to work with other companies provided there is no conflict of interest. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licenses, and business expenses.
