We are looking for an Operations Program Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. In this role, you will support end-to-end program and project execution and distribution center operations for all clients. You will coordinate across program/project management, fulfillment, inventory, and production teams to ensure accurate data, timely execution, and a high-quality customer experience.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:
  • an associate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • a minimum of 1 year of experience in program/project coordination, fulfillment, logistics, or a related field
  • experience working directly with internal and external customers
  • experience in printing, retail, fulfillment, or distribution environments (a major plus!)
  • experience with warehouse management systems (wms)
On top of that you must:
  • possess a thorough and organized approach to your work and pay close attention to details on every project
  • have strong technical skills, being proficient in or ready to learn gmail, google docs, excel, tbg systems, and various software and hardware
  • be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
  • complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting company and customer quality standards
  • apply effective time management and self-management skills to coordinate multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
  • understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee, and customer information
  • be able to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, deadlines, and a fast-paced distribution environment
  • be flexible to change and possess a customer-focused mindset
In this position you'll:
  • coordinate client programs and projects, including execution, fulfillment, and inventory support
  • assist the operations program managers by acting as the secondary point of contact for internal and external clients to ensure a positive customer experience
  • collaborate with program/project managers and stakeholders to support goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • coordinate cross-functional teams including program/project management, fulfillment, kitting, shipping, and production
  • track milestones, deliverables, and job statuses to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • communicate updates, scope changes, risks, and issues proactively, while supporting issue resolution and escalation
  • ensure accuracy and quality control of program/project data and wms entries
  • assist with process improvements, including documentation and workflow streamlining
  • perform miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as requested by management
