Job Summary

Granicus is hiring a Sr RevOps Program Manager to serve as the end-to-end operational owner of key growth initiatives, including GXA (AI solution) and GXG/GXC Workshops through village selling. This role ensures board-funded investments translate into measurable pipeline growth, ASP expansion, win-rate improvement, and bookings.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, operating across the full RevOps scope and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales leaders.

What Your Impact Will Look Like
    Own end-to-end GTM operations across the full funnel (Marketing BDR AE Pre-Sales) for village selling with a focus on GXA (AI Solution) GTM & Experience Center Workshops
  • Drive pipeline growth, ASP expansion, and win-rate improvement through funnel diagnostics and execution improvements focused on GXA & pre-sales workshops
  • Design and enforce rules of engagement around village selling (qualification criteria, village engagement, workshop triggers, handoffs)
  • Work closely with GM/VP cross-functional leaders on operations & insights for pre-sales GTM
  • Continue to identify and solve for areas of improvement and gaps in processes around GXA & Experience Center related operations
  • Build and manage KPI frameworks and executive scorecards (pipeline, meetings, workshops, bookings, ASP, win rate)
  • Lead operating cadence (ELT scorecards, pipeline reviews, cross-functional forums)
  • Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, CX) around a shared operating model and targets
  • Partner with RevOps pillars (Core Ops, Analytics, Enablement, RevTech) to drive execution
