This Program Manager will oversee multiple Operations and Service related projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are executed efficiently. Key duties include coordination/delivery of projects to plan, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders. Continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiencies and best practices within the program management group. This role will interact with teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Ownership of project deliverables, including oversight and coordination of interrelated projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet overall business objectives. This includes establishing program objectives, detailed schedule creation, resource identification/allocation, team building, budget development, risk identification/management, and effective communication.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects stay within financial constraints.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions. Assess/review risks on a regular cycle and continuously push for progress.

  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects within the program, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives and improve efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders across the globe, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program goals.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning process by aligning projects with organization's long-term goals and objectives.

  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Committed to best practices through identification, development and implementation of standard processes, techniques and training.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Minimum

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3+ years program experience, and 1+ years complex programs experience. Proven experience of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects, with a strong understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.

  • Experience working with international teams.

  • Experience leading Operations / Manufacturing or Service projects and programs.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proven experience to work cross-functionally across all levels of an organization.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

  • Working knowledge and experience with quality systems regulations and guidelines for Medical Devices.

  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.

Preferred:

  • An MBA or relevant certifications (i.e. PMP).

  • Experience leading hardware, software and consumable projects.

Other:

  • Travel expected to be less than 15%.

  • International travel may be required.

Compensation & Total Rewards:

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $144,000 - $156,000

*Estimated Starting Salary Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The range provided is based on salary and market data specific to the position.
