The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. This program is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to take the first step toward leadership. Over a focused 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

  • Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence. 
  • Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest. 
  • Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
