People Operations Coordinator - TSG Corporate- Hybrid (Raleigh, NC)
The People Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving efficient, scalable HR processes while ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and employees alike. This role is critical in managing the onboarding experience, administrative processes, HR inquiry resolution, and performance review administration. This role reports directly to the People Operations Manager and will work closely with them to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across the broader HR team.
This is a hybrid role, requiring one in-office day per week at our Raleigh office

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Hire Onboarding
    • Lead the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth and consistent transition into the company
    • Schedule and conduct orientation sessions, coordinating with relevant departments
    • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and resources, continuously identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize the process
  • New Hire Offer Letters
    • Draft and send offer letters to new hires in a timely, accurate manner
    • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure offer details are correct and processed efficiently
    • Maintain organized records of all signed offer letters and related documentation
  • General People Operations Support
    • Support the full year-end compensation cycle on an annual basis (drafting & sending agreements, recordkeeping, and HRIS updates)
    • Provide administrative support to the broader HR team
    • Serve as the first point of contact for general HR questions from employees (PTO inquiries, HRIS access troubleshooting, business card ordering, etc.)
    • Provide accurate and timely information on HR policies and procedures
    • Assist employees with accessing HR services and resources
    • Bring an efficiency-minded approach to daily tasks, always looking for ways to simplify, automate, or improve existing processes
  • Performance Review Administration
    • Track and manage the performance review process
    • Coordinate with managers to ensure timely completion of reviews
    • Partner with leaders to update or create new performance review templates that align with role changes (promotions, new roles, restructures, etc.), ensuring documentation stays current and relevant
  • Administrative Process Optimization
    • Manage and update employee records across all HR systems (UKG, SharePoint, Concur, Leapsome, etc.), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data
    • Process promotions and other employee change requests (weekly, as needed)
    • Maintain employee and payroll records by managing personnel updates, bi-weekly payroll changes, PTO tracking, and producer data with the ability to monitor exceptions and collaborate cross-department to ensure data accuracy
    • Generate reports and provide data as needed (PTO, BI reports, etc.), proactively flagging trends or inefficiencies
    • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and increase turnaround time across People Operations workflows
  • HR Shared Email Inbox Management
    • Triage and respond to inquiries in the HR shared email inbox promptly and consistently
    • Escalate issues to the appropriate team member as necessary
    • Track and follow up on unresolved inquiries, looking for patterns that indicate opportunities to improve response processes

The base salary for this position is $56,000 plus quarterly bonus eligibility
