  • Full-time hours are Monday to Saturday, 8-5
  • Onsite position
  • Salary: Starting at $60,000 during the 3month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.
  • Provide support to dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more!)

  • Dive into core dealership operations with hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I

  • Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
  • Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential
