Join DirectRx Pharmacy’s Immersive Program and begin building a career in healthcare operations and patient care. This structured 12-month rotational program is designed for early-career healthcare administration professionals who are interested in gaining exposure to multiple areas of a specialty pharmacy while developing strong communication, problem-solving, and workflow management skills.

Throughout the program, Immersive Associates rotate through various departments across the organization, gaining hands-on experience supporting patient care services and operational functions. This rotational exposure provides a well-rounded understanding of how teams work together to deliver comprehensive pharmacy services and helps prepare associates for long-term placement in departments such as Patient Care, Revenue Cycle, Account Management, Quality, Prescriber Engagement, and other specialty areas based on performance, business needs, and individual strengths.
