Staff Accountant

HKG Duty Free, part of Ariva Group, is seeking a motivated Staff Accountantto join our growing team in Laredo. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your accounting career within a dynamic retail and international business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Process invoices and assist with expense tracking
  • Support payroll and general accounting functions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (recent graduate)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
