OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, WIRELINE

As an Operations Coordinator, you are accountable for overall wireline execution performance. Provide full operational, financial, and execution ownership of Wireline business operations with direct accountability for safety, quality, reliability, cost control, and profitability. Lead endtoend job execution through disciplined standards, strong leadership, and uncompromising QA/QC and HS&E compliance to deliver consistent, highquality results.


What You’ll Do:

Ensure high-quality wireline execution and reduce Non-Productive Time (NPT)

Establish and enforce execution standards to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient operations.

Drive root cause analysis and accountability for equipment failures, human errors, and process breakdowns.

Develop and enforce QA/QC processes, including procedures, checklists, and verification standards.

Ensure all equipment meets readiness requirements, including maintenance, inspections, and reliability tracking.

Implement and enforce QA/QC sign-off processes to ensure no equipment is deployed without validation.

Lead and hold Field Coordinators and Field Engineers accountable for performance and execution standards.

Oversee competency-based training to ensure personnel are qualified and verified prior to task execution.

Accountable for departmental financial performance by driving efficiency, minimizing NPT, and optimizing asset utilization.

Coordinate operations and resources across teams to support safe, compliant, and effective job execution.


About You (Qualifications & Experience)

We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field preferred.

Minimum five (7) years of experience in Wireline or related field operations

A valid Class A driver's license is required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Wireline equipment, procedures, and safety standards.

Basic knowledge of email and Excel.

Work shifts up to 12 hours

5/2 Schedule
