Job description

Physicians Mutual is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Campaign Configuration Specialist to join our Integrated Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing campaign implementation workflows, coordinating marketing operations and ensuring marketing initiatives are launched accurately, compliantly and on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing operations professional who enjoys owning processes, solving problems, collaborating across teams and driving projects from planning through execution.


  • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing campaign implementation, configuration and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate product launches, marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns across multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze implementation requests, identify operational impacts, and develop execution plans and recommendations.
  • Configure and maintain marketing assets, forms, workflows and supporting business systems.
  • Monitor project timelines, approvals and readiness activities to ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Review and validate marketing materials for accuracy, compliance and alignment with business requirements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Creative, Operations, vendors and Agency partners to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
  • Investigate workflow, system, and production issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, operational records and implementation tracking within marketing systems.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, builds productive relationships across teams and proactively identifies solutions to challenges before they become problems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of insurance-related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign implementation, project coordination or a related function.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred
  • Experience with Aprimo or similar marketing workflow and digital asset management platforms.
  • Knowledge of life, health or Medicare Supplement insurance products.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
