This role will establish and optimize the systems, workflows, reporting, and campaign operations that improve marketing performance, lead management, funnel visibility, and cross-functional alignment across the revenue organization. Purpose, Scope and Responsibilities:
Marketing Systems & Technology
  • Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, Trellus, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Folloze, ensuring systems are integrated, and free of redundancy or conflicting data.
  • Architect and maintain seamless integrations and data flows across marketing, sales, and revenue systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Build and manage AI-assisted automation workflows, including data enrichment, contact routing, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies, AI capabilities, and workflow improvements that enhance personalization, targeting, campaign execution, and scalability.
Operations, Execution, and Optimization
  • Collaborate with digital, revenue, and partner marketing teams to build, QA, launch, and optimize multi-channel, data-driven campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, ABM programs, and events.
  • Take a hands-on role in end-to-end campaign execution, including webinar setup, campaign configuration, asset coordination, list management, and post-event follow-up readiness.
  • Own and optimize account/contact scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, nurture programs, and marketing automation workflows using behavioral, firmographic, intent, and predictive insights.
  • Manage email campaign execution, including setup, QA, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization to improve engagement, lead progression, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end event list operations, including enrichment, missing field completion, list uploads, Salesforce campaign association, campaign member status updates, and follow-up readiness.
  • Standardize workflows, naming conventions, campaign structures, and operational processes to improve consistency, scalability, and reporting accuracy.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives through audience segmentation, targeting, and operational execution.
  • Optimize handoff processes between marketing, business development, partners, and sales to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate end-to-end tracking, attribution, and funnel visibility across all marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Document and continuously improve marketing operations processes to drive execution speed, scalability, and operational excellence.
AI & Agentic BDR Operations
  • Drive the design, deployment, governance, and optimization of AI-powered and agentic BDR workflows.
  • Partner with BDR leadership to refine human and AI-assisted coverage models, prospecting workflows, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor performance, data integrity, and pipeline impact of AI-assisted outbound and prospecting motions.
Data & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, fields, views, queues, and operational workflows that support pipeline visibility, campaign and event performance, attribution, funnel progression, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI.
  • Analyze funnel performance from target account engagement through closed-won opportunities to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain data hygiene, governance, and lifecycle management best practices across systems, including deduplication, record survivorship, enrichment precedence, and routing logic.
  • Build and evolve AI-driven analytics capabilities, including custom GPTs and AI models that analyze large datasets, identify conversion drivers, surface actionable insights, and support executive reporting and functional business reviews.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, business development, and partner teams.

Required
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operation or a related analytical role.
  • Experience building or scaling a Revenue Operations function from the ground up in a scaling SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data architecture.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation development.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Professional presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
