About the Role:

The operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operational execution across field programs and client initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating people, processes, logistics, and reporting to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule.

Working closely with Director, Client Services, and Field Leadership, the Operations Manager helps translate operational plans into consistent, high-quality execution.

This role is well-suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking to grow a career in operations within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end operational execution of field programs and client initiatives
  • Coordinate daily workflows, timelines, and operational deliverables
  • Maintain operational trackers, workback schedules, and execution dashboards
  • Support performance tracking, attendance management, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate procurement, shipping, and distribution of program materials and assets
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and readiness
  • Track operational costs, process invoices, update budget trackers, and support reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly operational reports and post-program summaries
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, resourcing gaps, or compliance issues and recommend solutions
  • Support process improvements, SOP maintenance, and operational best practices

Professional Skills & Requirements

  • 2โ€“3 years of experience in operations coordination, field operations, or a similar role
  • Bilingual in French is considered an asset
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
