Job Description Our client, a fast-growing logistics and supply chain company, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager (3PL) to oversee and optimize daily 3PL operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in freight and carrier management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and service quality Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with carriers (TL & LTL, domestic and cross-border) Lead and support a team while improving operational processes and performance metrics Ensure timely responses to client requests, quotes, and operational issues Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve profitability and service delivery Utilize logistics tools and systems (e.g., RMIS, Loadlink) to manage workflows and reporting Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3PL operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience handling cross-border freight is highly preferred
